Life is Like a Cup of Tea
Moments in life that feel like a warm cup of tea in the thundering rain
This quote takes me toward that Himalayan Mountain, covered with a white sheet of snow. Oh, what a pleasant experience it was I still get nostalgic thinking about that.
I went there in July a rainy season a thundering storm was following my way and I sat there shivering all by myself. I pondered for a second, chatting with my companion in the room. A pen, paper, and night lamp without electricity.
A glance outside the window drew my attention to the thundering storm and reminded me of a cup of tea. It was a quick thought, where can I find tea in these weather conditions?
A difficult answer Hun, but my paper and I were ready for an adventure story to be written. So, with an exciting essence and a small night lamp, I took my steps forward in search of tea.
So, as I went forward, I passed many grasslands, snowclad, small lakes, and many temples. It felt as if the sun was hiding behind the clouds spreading the joy of rain with increasing cold there. Oh! there was a small hut far on the Mountain I rushed as fast as I could but found no one in the hut. My hopes dropped but still, a sweet aroma was attracting my attention towards it. Seemed as if a tea leaf. Without any second thought, I entered the hut there was a slight ray of yellow light covering that whole small room.
I noticed a platform filled with tea leaves different than usual. The aroma surrounded me. In that rain only it was needed bas. I could hear footsteps when I looked back an old lady was standing. She said hello and I replied. I complimented the aroma of tea leaves and told them that it is raining heavily outside and I am shivering out of the cold, in a search of tea. She quickly took the tea leaves along with the wood into the backyard and sat down without saying a word. I followed her thinking what is she doing? There was silence for some time. Then she lit that wood up and made tea and poured it into two cups. We sat near the firewood and drank tea. That black tea and sip were what I needed for that thundering shower.
